I found Tim when I was dissatisfied with the current options I had been using. Man am I glad I stumbled on to him by searching the different sites until I found someone who came highly recommended. He has gone far and above my expectations. He fixes your watch as if he were handling one of his own prized possessions. I guarantee if he services or restores your watch it will come back working as it did from the factory. If you desire, he will live video his process of your watch. That has been so helpful to me as a rookie. I highly recommend him to anyone wishing to have a professional job on their watch.

Tim was absolutely incredible to work with. I recently purchased a Hamilton 992b from a flea market. The seller had said it had been serviced recently, but I sent it in to Tim for a free inspection anyway. It's a good thing I did, because, unsurprisingly, the watch had not seen a service in a very long time. The price Tim offered for a full COA and crystal replacement was very generous, and he even replaced the cracked dial on top of that! He had it sent back out to me only 2 days after receiving it, and now that I have it in hand again, I am truly impressed with his skill and care. It may as well be in a "like new" condition! Overall, I highly recommend Tim's services, and will be spreading his name around whenever I get the chance!
